The organisers reserve the right not to accept an entry.

We hereby accept to allocate advertising space around the basket for the use of sponsors and agree to take reasonable care to ensure that any advertising material supplied by the organisation remains in place throughout the whole event. We confirm our team will only lodge throughout the event in that accommodation affiliated to the Event and illustrated in the “Accommodations” session of the event’s official web-site. Furthermore, we fully accept that we will reserve our accommodation through the organisation or with the hotel but NOT DIRECT via an online website booking agency or other. The Event cannot be used for our own personal commercial needs unless agreed in advance with the organisation, and the carrying of paying passengers is specifically forbidden. Non compliance with any one of these regulations will subject us to payment of a 450,00 Euro Entry Fee per team. Teams will be asked to allocate max.2 passenger spaces throughout the whole event for the organisation’s needs and to participate in a night glow so tethering equipment will be brought.

NB: If in possession of an official invitation to attend this event given to you by a pilot who attended our 2016 event  (given 50  invites and found in his pilot-pack)  please write number  printed on the inside bottom of card in order to be eligible in the draw to be held at Pilot Check-In with the  chance to win €1000.00 each for both the pilot who extended the invite and the pilot hereby registering to enter our 2017 event. Entries for teams who intend to use a propane fueled vehicle as chase vehicle can ONLY be accepted if agreed in advance with the organisation and accept to pay

€ 250,00  gas fee prior to first refuelling.

Teams will not be permitted to fill tanks after their final flight with the intention of leaving the event with full tanks irrespective of the quantity of gas in their tanks on their arrival. (Excluding teams subject to payment of the vehicle gas fee).
